In Loving Memory Of Mary W Robison
Mary W Robison, 65, of Fairview, WV died Sunday,
December 21, 2003 in the Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.
She was born June 18, 1938 at Fairview, a daughter
of the late Wesley A. Wyer and Doris L. Haught Wyer.
Mrs. Robison was a homemaker. She was a 1960
graduate of Fairmont State College with a teaching degree and taught for 2
years in Harrison County. She also substituted in the Marion County
School System. She was an active member of the Pumpkin Center Church of
Christ and a member of the Augusta Chapter #6, Order of Eastern Star, of
Mannington. She was a member of Kappa Delta Pi. She was a member of the
Fairview Womens Club and served on the Fairview 4th of July Committee.
Her hobbies included reading, cooking for
funerals, and caring for the elderly and those less fortunate.
Surviving are husband, Etley Robison; four
cousins, Pauline Grove of Fairmont, Alta Byrne of Olmstead Falls, OH, Larry
& Betty Wyer of Brook Park, OH, and Iva Lee Hamilton of Sessor, ILL; and
several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call from 7-9 PM Monday and from 11:00
AM to 9:00 PM Tuesday at the Pumpkin Center Church of Christ in Fairview. (One
mile north of Fairview on Rt 218) Funeral Services will be held in the
church at 11:00 AM Wednesday the Evangelist Nick Deiger officiating. Interment
will follow in the Fairview Cemetery.
