In Loving Memory Of Phillip S Milliken
Phillip S Milliken, 64, of Littleton (Knob Fork
Community), died Wednesday, February 4, 2004, in Wetzel County Hospital in New
Martinsville, WV.
He was born September 19, 1939 near New Freeport,
PA a son of the late Rex Milliken and Bess Bennett Milliken.
Mr. Milliken was retired from Bayer Corporation in
New Martinsville. Phil was very active with all forms of youth sports in
the area. He greatly enjoyed coaching children. He assisted the
Hundred FFA Chapter with the greenhouse and ham and bacon projects. He
was a methodist by faith.
Surviving are his wife Kathryn Sue Gorby Milliken;
one son & spouse, Kevin R. & Lori Milliken of Blountville TN; two
daughters & spouses, Beth Ann & Kevin
Barnhart of Waynesburg, PA and Suzanne & Mark Rexroad of New Martinsville; one brother & spouse, Jerry & Jackie Milliken of Spencer, WV; one sister, Vicki Milliken of San Francisco, CA; seven grandchildren, Hunter Barnhart, Tanner Barnhart, Hogan Barnhart, Terry Lee Bartrug, Taylor Rexroad, Kylee Milliken and Abigail Milliken; two nieces and one nephew.
Friends my call at the Tennant Funeral Home in
Hundred from 2-4 & 7-9 PM Friday. Funeral services will be held in
the funeral home at 11:00 AM Saturday with the Evangelist Steve Stevens, Rev
Clara Peggs, and Rev Bill Shepherd officiating. Interment will follow in
the Pleasant Hill Cemetery near New Freeport, PA. Memorial
contributions may be made to the Long Drain School Physical Education Program,
Rt 1 Box 108-A, Metz, WV 26585.
