CATHERINE J DIXON

Catherine J. Dixon, 67, of New Freeport, PA died Friday, November 2, 2007 at her residence.

She was born February 15, 1940 at Pittsburgh, PA, a daughter of the late Albert M. Collins and Catherine Joy Cuniak Collins.

Mrs. Dixon was a homemaker and a Quaker by faith.

Surviving are her husband, Ziby Dixon; one son David Dixon of Ruff Creek Community, Waynesburg, PA; one daughter Dawn Dixon of New Freeport, PA; four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brother and one grandson, Michael Dixon.

At the request of the deceased, there will be no public viewing or funeral service. All services will be private and will be held at the convenience of the family.

The Tennant Funeral Home in Hundred, WV is in charge of arrangements.
