LINDA L WHITE

Linda L. White, 57, of Barrackville, WV died Thursday, August 2, 2007 in Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.

She was born June 25, 1950 at Clarksburg, WV, a daughter of the late Raymond P. Newborough and Nellie B. Smith Newborough.

Linda worked as a CNA at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown for more than 10 years. She was a volunteer EMT at the United Emergency Unit in Hundred for many years. She attended the Sarietta Baptist Church at Colfax.

Surviving are one son & daughter-in-law, Robert T. White, Jr. and his wife Kelley of Ramseur, NC; two daughters, Tracy Burley of Littleton and Crystal Thomas of Barrackville; one half-brother, Tom Newborough of Clarksburg; three brothers, Bud Newborough of Metz, Danny Newborough of Shinnston and Mitchell Newborough of Shinnston; and three granddaughters.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert T. White; two brothers, Fred Newborough and Don Newborough; a sister, Betty Jean Yeager, and other brothers and sisters who died as infants.

Friends may call at the Tennant Funeral Home in Hundred from 7-9 PM Sunday. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 1:00 PM Monday. Interment will follow in the Rice Ridge Cemetery near Littleton, WV.
