BETTY M BARBER

Betty M. Barber, 66, of Spraggs, PA died Thursday, July 24, 2008 at her residence.

She was born July 19, 1942 at Jakes Run, WV, a daughter of the late William Brummage and Wildene Eddy Brummage.

Betty worked as a housekeeper for Holiday Inn for many years.

Surviving are her husband, Benny Barber; two sons, Rex Gamble of Days Run and Timmy Gamble of Cheat Lake; one daughter, Starr Saxon of Core; two step-sons and spouses, Robert and Tina Barber of Clarksville, Tennessee and Benny Barber of Norfolk, VA; one step-daughter and spouse, Tina and Ernest Kughn of Spraggs; one brother, Michael Brummage of Bula; one sister, Patricia Johnson of Fanning Springs, Florida; eleven grandchildren, five step-grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.

Friends may call at the Owen-Neely Funeral Home in Blacksville from 6 to 8:00 PM Saturday. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 8:00 PM Saturday with the Pastor Scott Teets officiating. Cremation will follow the service.
