She was born February 2, 1955 at Cleveland, Ohio a daughter of the late Homer Fuller, Sr. and Julia E. Beach Fuller.

Debra was a homemaker.

Surviving are a son, Jared Fuller of Waynesburg, PA; two daughters, Tammy Fuller of Brave, PA, Samantha Fuller of Waynesburg, PA; two brothers, Homer F. Fuller, Jr. of Brave, PA, Donald Fuller of Ashtabula, Ohio; two sisters, Ellen Black of Brave, PA and Norma Puckett of Cleveland, Ohio.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Marvin W. Fuller and a sister, Evelyn J. Fuller.

At the request of the deceased, there will be no funeral home visitation or funeral service.
