In Loving Memory Of
Joe E. Tennant, 84, of Daybrook,
WV died Saturday, August 8,
2009 at his home, where he lived with his great-niece Joey and Stephen
Wilson and 2 great-great-nieces Amber and Amanda.
Joe was born
Feb. 7, 1925 in Daybrook, son of the late John and
Georgie Sines Tennant.
He is
survived by a sister and brother-in-law Ida L. and Thomas
Day of MacDale, several nieces and nephews, 2 daughters JoAnn Todd and Nancy
Highland of Tennessee, 5 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.
In addition
to his parents he was preceded in death by 9
brothers and 5 sisters.
Friends may
call at the Owen-Neely Funeral Home in Blacksville
from 7-9 Thursday. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home at
11:00 AM Friday with Evangelist Aaron Snider officiating. Interment will
follow in the Tennant Cemetery at Daybrook.
