JANE CUMBERLEDGE Georgia
Jane Cumberledge, 95, of Brave, PA died Sunday, May 9, 2010 in the Rolling
Meadows Nursing Home in Waynesburg, PA. She
was born February 7, 1915 at Brave, PA, a daughter of the late Ira Cleveland
Phillips and Della Anderson Phillips. Mrs.
Cumberledge was a homemaker and a member of the Miracle Run Revival Center. Surviving
are four sons, Robert Cumberledge of East Lake, OH, William Cumberledge of
Brave, Ammon Cumberledge of Cleveland,OH, and Eugene Cumberledge of Brave; four
daughters, Martha Rogers and Jane Cumberledge, both of Cleveland, OH, Catherine
Ponzoo of Obrien, Florida and Annette Tetter of Branford, Florida; two sisters,
Vanie Tedrow of Waynesburg and Olive Temple of Ohio; thirty-eight grandchildren,
fifty-four great-grandchildren, and fifteen great-great-grandchildren. In
addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Tompy
Cumberledge who died on September 8, 1994; four sons, James, Ray, Edward and
Gary Lee; one daughter, Leota Lemasters; three sisters, Eva Gump, Nellie Martin
and Violet Carter; and two brothers, Paul Phillips and Alvin Phillips. Friends
may call at the Owen-Neely Funeral Home in Blackville from 6-9 PM Tuesday.
Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 1:00 PM Wednesday with the
Rev. Raymond Morris officiating. Interment will follow in the Blacksville
Cemetery. In
