In Loving Memory Of HARRY
B. CHURCH Harry
B. Church, 62, of Littleton, WV died Monday, February 8, 2010. Ben
was born August 1, 1947 at Littleton, a son of the late Fred Church and Mildred
Cosgray Church. Mr.
Church was retired from Equitrans with over 30 years of service. He was a United
States Army Veteran who served in Vietnam. He was a member of the Hundred United
Methodist Church. Ben
was very active with the sports programs in the Hundred area. He coached grade
school children and high school students. He loved to attend all types of sports
activities and even did so for as long as he was physically able. He
was a graduate of Hundred High School and attended Fairmont State College. Surviving
are his wife, Wilda M. Snyder Church; three sons and spouses, Ryan Benjamin
Church and his wife Ame of Fairmont, Captain Christopher Michael Church and his
wife Tina serving with the United States Army in Midland, GA, Matthew Church of
Littleton; one daughter and son-in-law, Angela and Ray Blake of Hampstead, NC;
one sister and brother-in-law, Peggy and Patrick Brown of Lewisburg; five
grandchildren, Olivia Faye Blake, Allie Brielle Church, Gavin Michael Church,
Rylee Erin Church, and Karson Benjamin Church. In
addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, David Brent
Church, who died as an infant. Friends
may call at the Tennant Funeral Home in Hundred from 4-8 PM Friday. Funeral
services will be held in the funeral home with the Rev. Charlene Hatton
officiating at 11:00 AM Saturday. Interment will follow in the Thomas Chapel
Cemetery near Hundred. You
