In Loving Memory Of INEZ E. DORSEY Inez Evelyn (Loy) Dorsey, 95, of Endicott went
to be with the angels on Mother's Day, May 9, 2010. Her spirit left the earthly
bounds of her body at Sistersville Center, Sistersville, WV in the loving
presence of her family. Inez was born October 1, 1914 in Moundsville,
WV to Clarence Loy and Arizona May Loy. In addition to her parents she was
preceded in death by her husband, Sherman S. Dorsey; one son, Sherman S.
"Joe" Dorsey, Jr.; three sisters, Goldie Ott, Mary Helms, and Clara
Elizabeth Henry; seven brothers, Kenneth "Bud" Loy, William Loy, James
Loy, Edward Loy, Charles Loy, Clarence Loy, Jr., and Jack Loy. Surviving are one sister, Eva Jean Middletown
of Alliance, Ohio; son Robert Edward "Bud" (Brenda) Dorsey, Sr of
Endicott; daughters Juanita Barker and Elizabeth Crisp, both of New
Philadelphia, Ohio; twelve grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, sixteen
great-great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended
family members. She also shared her home for ten years with her beloved dog,
Itty Bit. She was a Christian by faith and enjoyed
singing, reading, cooking, and being a mother, sister, wife, and homemaker. In accordance with Inez's wishes her remains
will be cremated and a memorial service will be held honoring her life at
Tennant Funeral Home in Hundred, WV on Friday, May 14, 2010 at 1:00 PM with the
Rev. Charlene Edwards officiating. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made
to: Sistersville Center Resident Memorial Fund, 201 Wood Street, Sistersville,
