In Loving Memory Of JOANNA
R. ROBBINS Joanna
R. Robbins, 77, of Blue Goose Road, Fairview, died Saturday, May 8, 2010 in the
Golden Living Center in Morgantown. She
was born July 10, 1932 at Blacksville, a daughter of the late Wilbert H. Jones
and Edna Shuman Jones. Mrs.
Robbins was a homemaker and she loved to collect all types of things. She was a
protestant by faith. Surviving
are her husband, James "Jim" Robbins; three sons, Gary Robbins, Samuel
Robbins, and Daniel Robbins, all of Blue Goose; one daughter, Deborah Mercer of
Hundred; two brothers, Donald Jones or Florida and Fred Jones of Blacksville;
one sister, Shirley Talbert of Morgantown; four grandchildren and four
great-grandchildren. In
addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant son and a
brother, Melvin Jones. Friends
may call at the Owen-Neely Funeral Home in Blacksville from 7-9 PM Monday.
Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 11:00 AM Tuesday with the
Rev. Charlene Edwards officiating. Interment will follow in the Olive Cemetery
at Pentress. You
