R BAKER Virginia
R. Baker, 85, of Silver Hill Community, New Martinsville, WV died Thursday,
December 31, 2009 in New Martinsville. She
was born March 12, 1924 at Granville, WV, a daughter of the late James Gauden
and Bridgett Levelle Gauden. Mrs.
Baker was a homemaker and a baptist by faith. Surviving
are three sons, Donald Baker of Abingdon, MD, Tony Baker of Silver Hill, and
Bruce Baker of Port Deposit MD; one daughter, Bonnie Hall of Silver Hill; one
brother, Albert Gauden of Ohio; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Mrs.
Baker was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Donald Baker, and one
sister, Lennie Rhodes. Friends
may call at the Tennant Funeral Home in Hundred from 6-8 PM Monday. Funeral
services will be held in the funeral home at 8:00 PM Monday with the Rev.
Charlene Hatton officiating. Interment will be held later in the Holly Hill
Memorial Gardens in Baltimore, MD. You
