ELLEN DARLENE STONEKING
Ellen Darlene Stoneking, 59, of Burton, WV died Saturday, May 15, 2021 at her residence following a courageous battle with cancer.
She was born December 31, 1961, at Waynesburg, PA, a daughter of the late Alfred Garrison and Joan Fox Garrison.
Darlene worked at various jobs during her lifetime. She was a security guard at a coal mine, sold Avon, and worked for the United States Postal Service.
She was a Methodist by faith and had been a member of the Bell Hill Chapel prior to its closing.
Surviving is her husband, Ray P. Stoneking, Jr.; two sons, Ray P. Stoneking, III and his wife Jay of Wileyville, and Nakoma Stoneking at home; one daughter, Angela Patterson and her fiancé Joshua Flanery of Spraggs, PA; a son-in-law, Richard Patterson, III; one brother and his wife, James “Jamie” Garrison and his wife Nanette of Jefferson, PA; one sister and her husband, Carol Cecil and her husband Calvin of Hundred; six grandchildren, Jasmine Patterson, Destiny Patterson, Kinsey Stoneking, James Ray Patterson, Emma Stoneking, and Laila Amber-Jayde Stoneking; mother-in-law, Liz Stoneking; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her father-in-law, Ray P. Stoneking.
Friends may call at the Tennant Funeral Home, 2678 Hornet Highway, Hundred, WV from 6-8 PM on Tuesday.

I am so sorry for your loss. I know she will be missed by many she was always good to me and my kids and we love all of you all.

So sorry for your loss I did not know Darlene too well. I worked with her a long time ago at Miss Blues and had a Fay Swafford purse party here for her. She was a very nice person. Prayers God Bless.
