GENEVA PEARL ANDERSON

          Geneva Pearl Anderson, 68, of Miracle Run Community, Blacksville, WV died Wednesday, May 19, 2021 in Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.

          She was born April 11, 1953 at Morgantown, a daughter of the late Dorah Wise and Geneva Ruth Eddy Wise.

          Pearl was a homemaker.

          Surviving are two sons, Ronald Anderson and Christopher Anderson, both of Wadestown; one daughter, Carmen Gibson, of Pentress; one brother, George “Bubby” Wise of Jakes Run; two sisters, Mary Bosley of Core and Nancy Wise of Mooresville; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

          In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, August “Gus” Anderson; and one sister, Joann DeBerry.

          Friends may call at the Owen-Neely Funeral Home, 5894 Mason Dixon Highway, Blacksville, WV from 6-8 PM on Friday.  Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday with Evangelist Steve Stevens officiating.  Interment will follow in the Olive Cemetery at Pentress.
