HELEN HAYES
Helen Ruth Hayes, 69, of Waynesburg, PA died Friday, January 27, 2023 in the Waynesburg Health Care Center in Waynesburg, PA.
She was born November 30, 1953 at Huntington, WV, a daughter of the late Sanford Adkins and Dorothy Hibert Adkins.
Mrs. Hayes was a homemaker.
Surviving are two sons, David Hayes of Spraggs, PA and Mark Hayes, Jr. of Waynesburg, PA; one daughter, Theresa Farkas of Waynesburg, PA; one brother, David Adkins; two sisters, Brenda Morris and Barbara Burris; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Mark Hayes, Sr.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
The Owen-Neely Funeral Home in Blacksville is in charge of arrangements.
