NANCY WHITEHILL
Nancy L. Whitehill, 80, of Hundred, WV died Saturday, January 13, 2024 in the Sisters Eldercare in Shinnston, WV.
She was born March 12, 1943 at Uniontown, PA, a daughter of the late Dana E. McClelland, Sr. and Mildred E. Cope McClelland.
Mrs. Whitehill was the former owner of the Deli Mart in Hundred and Cameron. She also worked in various businesses in the area. She was a member of the Rush Run United Methodist Church.
Surviving are one son and his wife, John D. Whitehill and his wife Chandie of Burton; one daughter and her husband, Shelley Stire and her husband Bruce of Hurricane; four grandchildren and their significant other, Zachary Moffatt and Paige Erb, Danielle M. Moffatt and Ryan Elkins, Brandon Stire, Colton D. Whitehill and Andrea Thomas; one sister, Donna L. Tressler of Uniontown, PA; one brother, Dana E. “Gene” McClelland Jr. of Palm Harbor, Florida; one niece, Dana Jo Bacha (Andrew), three nephews, David McClelland, Randy M. McClelland, and Scott M. McClelland (Erin); and one half-sister, Donnie Amber.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jack D. Whitehill, who died on January 19, 2010, and one nephew, Richard McClelland.
Friends may call at the Tennant Funeral Home, 2678 Hornet Highway, Hundred, WV from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Monday, January 15, 2024. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 11:00 AM Tuesday. Interment will follow in the Eakin-Wana Memorial Cemetery at Wana, WV.
