SUSAN SONGER
Susan Irene Songer, 67, of Burton, WV died Thursday, July 8, 2021 in J. W. Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.
She was born July 16, 1954 at Flat Run near Mannington, WV, a daughter of the late Charles Villers and Mary Sturgeon Villers.
Susan was a homemaker. She loved to play Bingo and went as often as she could. She was a protestant by faith.
Surviving is one son, Kenneth Eddy of Hundred; two daughters, Elizabeth Derby of Burton and Deborah Derby of Metz; five brothers, Lloyd Villers of Cameron, Charles Villers of Waynesburg, PA, Robert Villers of Brave, PA, Bud Villers of Shinnston, and Earl Villers of Burton; two sisters, Lillian Wise of Hundred and Rose Villers of Waynesburg, PA; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, William Villers; one sister, Daisy Moore; and one granddaughter, Delinda Marie Derby.
Friends may call at the Tennant Funeral Home, 2678 Hornet Highway, Hundred, WV from 6 to 8PM on Saturday July 10, 2021. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 1:00 PM Sunday with the Evangelist Steve Stevens officiating. Interment will follow in the Olive Cemetery at Pentress.
