CARL F. ROGERS, JR.
Carl Franklin Rogers, Jr., 74, of Waynesburg, PA died Friday, October 17, 2025 at his residence.
He was born June 12, 1951 at Waynesburg, PA, a son of the late Carl Rogers, Sr. and Imogene Simpson Harkins.
Mr. Rogers was retired having worked in the steel mills.
He is survived by his wife, Sue Blouir Rogers; two sons, Carl F. Rogers, III of Follansbee, WV and Donald Rogers of Prosperity, PA; one daughter, Jeanette Kelly of Spraggs, PA; three brothers, Larry Rogers of Mt. Morris, PA, David Rogers and Donnie Rogers, both of Spraggs, PA; one sister, Linda Holoka of Oak Forest; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Mr. Rogers was preceded in death by his father.
At the request of the deceased his body will be cremated.
The Owen-Neely Funeral Home in Blacksville is in charge of arrangements.
