Sarah Louise Rebold, 65, of Wana, WV died Wednesday, August 29, 2007 in the Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.
She was born September 1, 1941 at Baltimore, MD a daughter of the late Edward L. Stone and Helen J. Dively Stone.
Sarah was retired from West Virginia University School of Pharmacy where she worked as a secretary for more than 25 years. She graduated from Clay-Battelle High School in 1960. She attended the Bula Baptist Church and the Mt. Morris Gospel Tabernacle.
Surviving are her husband of 48 years, August "Allen" Rebold; one son & daughter-in-law, Mark and Molina Rebold of Core; two daughters and sons-in-law, Veronica and Lonnie Hartman of Morgantown and Michelle and David Swihart of Smithfield, PA; twelve grandchildren, Patrick, Clint & Cliff Hartman; Nicole, Mark & Jeremy Rebold; Erik & Curtis Blosser; and Allicia, Zackary, Matthew & Ty Swihart; three great-grandchildren Tiffany, Breckin & Tori; two sisters, Helen Jeffcoat and Bobbie Etta Mercer; two brothers, Eddie (Buzz) Stone and Brian Dively; and her step-father, Wayne Dively.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Yvonne Merzlak and one brother, Truman (Tommie) Stone.
Friends may call at the Owen-Neely Funeral Home in Blacksville from 2-4 & 7-9 PM Saturday. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 1:00 PM Sunday with the Rev. Samuel K. Hibbs, Jr. officiating.
Interment will follow in the Olive Cemetery at Pentress.
