Delores D. Ward, 77, of Hundred, WV died Monday, August 5, 2002 at her residence following a lenghtly illness.
She was born October 23, 1924 at Reader, WV a daughter of the late Victor R. Miller and Lucy Burton Miller.
Mrs. Ward was a housewife and formerly operated a personal care home in Hundred.She was a member of the Hundred Church of Christ.
Surviving are one daughter, Carolyn Robinson of Hundred; a son, Charles E. Stewart of Cameron; a sister, Virginia Mahockie of Erie, PA; six grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Dorris Wendell Ward and a granddaughter, Lisa Moore.
At the request of the deceased there will be no funeral home visitation.Graveside services will be held at 1:30 PM Thursday, August 8, 2002 with the Evangelist Steve Stevens officiating.Interment will follow in the Shriver Cemetery near Hundred.
