Amediee A. D. Lavigne, 79, of Wind Ridge, PA died Wednesday, May 8, 2002 in the Greene County Memorial Hospital in Waynesburg, PA following a brief Illness.
He was born June 13, 1922 at Boston, Mass. a son of the late Amediee Lavigne and Ellen Dawson Lavigne.
Mr. Lavigne was a former employee of PENN DOT and was a Catholic by faith.Mr. Lavigne was a United States Army Veteran.
Surviving are two sons, Boyd Lavigne of New Freeport, PA and Ray Lavigne of Crucible, PA; one daughter, Alberta Padilla of Abilene, TX; one brother, Samuel Lavigne of Texas; eight grandchildren.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two sisters, Vicki Lavigne and Anna Lavigne; three brothers, Clemmie Lavigne, Jackie Lavigne and Inacious Lavigne.
Friends may call at the Tennant Funeral Home in Hundred, WV from 7-9 PM Friday.Funeral services will be held in the Tennant Funeral Home at 11:00 AM Saturday with the Pastor Tim Brower officiating.Interment will follow in the Shriver Cemetery near Hundred.
