Juanita May Phillip, 41, of New Freeport, PA, died on May 7, 2015, at her residence. She was born on November 11, 1973 a daughter of Terry A. Phillips and Ethel M. (Tootle) Phillips.
She was a member of the New Freeport Volunteer Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary and the New Freeport Volunteer Fire Department. Juanita was a hard worker and was last employed at the Rush Grocery Store in Rogersville, PA.
Surviving Juanita are; her parents, Terry and Tootle Phillips; one daughter, Lexie May Phillips; two brothers, Michael Phillips and Brian Phillips; one sister, Tanya Phillips; one niece, Mykalyla Phillips; and one nephew, Michael Phillips, Jr.
The family would like to invite friends and loved ones to a celebration of life ceremony, at the New Freeport Fire Hall, on Sunday, May 17, 2015 from 2-4 PM.
Juanita was an avid animal lover and her family would like donations to be made in her name to the Humane Society of Greene County, 183 Jefferson Rd, Waynesburg, PA 15370.
