Mary Shirley Blake, 73, of Moundsville, WV died Friday, March 14, 2014 in Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.
She was born May 9, 1940 at Wileyville, a daughter of the late Thomas Hawkins and Ola Jackson Hawkins.
Mrs. Blake was a homemaker and a member of the Littleton Church of God.
Surviving are three sons, Ronnie Blake of Wileyville, Jeffrey Blake of Moundsville, and Brian Blake of Porters Falls; one brother, Donald Hawkins of New Martinsville; two sisters, Juanita Bissett of Littleton and Bonnie Shaffer of Wellsburg; seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one daughter, Penny Hopkins.
Friends may call at the Tennant Funeral Home in Hundred from 7-9 PM Monday. Funeral services will be held in the Littleton Church of God at 11:00 AM Tuesday. Interment will follow in the Anderson-Bethel Cemetery near Littleton.
