Ralph Ashcraft, 62, of Fairmont, formerly of the Wadestown area died Saturday, October 27, 2012 in the Arbors at Fairmont Nursing Facility.
He was born July 31, 1950 at Burton, a son of the late John Lewis Ashcraft and Marcella Statler Ashcraft.
Ralph proudly served his country in the United States Army. He was a graduate of Hundred High School.
Surviving are two sons, Dayton Ashcraft and companion Charlena Eddy and Dustin Ashcraft, both of Wadestown; two daughters, Tammy Lehnoff of Missouri and Jeannie Barker of Mannington; five brothers, John Ashcraft of New Cumberland, Charles Ashcraft of Weirton, Roger Ashcraft of Paradise, PA, James Patrick Ashcraft of Fairmont, and Ricky Ashcraft of Burton; one sister, Shirley Crane of Fairmont; his best friend, Ed Moore, of Wadestown; twelve grandchildren, eighteen nieces and nephews, a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Friends may call at the Tennant Funeral Home in Hundred from 11:00 AM Tuesday until the service hour at 1:00 PM. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM with Rev. Brian Plum officiating. Interment will follow in the Highland Cemetery.
