William O. Cunningham, 79, of New Freeport, PA and formerly of Steubenville, OH died Wednesday, December 28, 2011 at his residence.
He was born December 13, 1932 at Mannington, WV, a son of the late William Okey Cunningham and Mattie B. Carpenter Cunningham.
Bill was a retired meat cutter from the Kroger Company. He was a graduate of Hundred High School.
Mr. Cunningham served his country in the United States Army in Germany. He was a member of the Earl Kiger American Legion Post #120 of Hundred.
Surviving are two daughters and their husbands, Connie and Barry Robb of Wintersille, OH and Tami and John Milush of Wadestown; one granddaughter and her husband, Nikkie and Gobel Mattenley of Wadestown; one sister and her husband, Jeannette and Ralph Conklin of New Freeport, PA; three nephews and their wives, Randy and Christa Conklin of Waynesburg, Doug and Joyce Conklin of Sycamore, and Kevin and Lisa Conklin of Waynesburg; and three great-nephews and one great-niece.
Friends may call at the Tennant Funeral Home in Hundred from 5-7 PM Friday. A memorial service will be held at 7:00 PM with the Evangelist Steve Stevens officiating.
