Annabelle Claire Johnson, 19 days old, of Burton, WV died Tuesday, November 8, 2011 in Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.
She was the infant daughter of Levi Jerome Johnson and Tiffany Rene Shreve who was born on October 20, 2011 at Ruby Memorial Hospital.
Also surviving are two brothers, Everett Dale Johnson and Lyndon Bon Johnson, both at home; her maternal grandmother, Sherry Shreve of Littleton; her maternal great-grandmother, Wilma Henderson of Littleton; her paternal grandmother, Irene Johnson of Hundred; her maternal grandfather, Thomas Roberts of Hundred; her maternal uncle, Michael Shreve of Littleton; and two cousins, Koby Shreve and Aliyiah Shreve, both of Littleton.
Friends may call at the Tennant Funeral Home in Hundred from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM Friday, November 11, 2011. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 11:00 AM Friday with the Pastor Gary Grant officiating. Interment will follow in Cunningham Memorial Gardens in Burton.
