Ronald R. Hixenbaugh, 65, of Littleton, WV died Monday, July 12, 2010.
Mr. Hixenbaugh was born October 25, 1944 at Wheeling, WV, a son of the late Marvin Hixenbaugh and Pearl Keyser Hixenbaugh.
Ron was a retired millwright and was retired from General Motors. He was a United States Army Veteran and a member of the James Farrell American Legion Post #330 in Waynesburg, PA.
Surviving are one daughter, Shelly Playle of West Chester, Ohio; three brothers, Jerry Hixenbaugh and Robert Hixenbaugh, both of Warren, OH and Larry Hixenbaugh of Hartford, OH; one sister, Charlotte Petryshak of Aurora, OH; and two grandchildren, Bryan and Hannah Lewis.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Dorothy Yoho.
Friends may call at the Tennant Funeral Home in Hundred from 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM Sunday, July 18, 2010. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM with the Evangelist Steve Stevens officiating. Interment of the cremains will be at a later date in the Thomas Cemetery at Ned, PA.
