Paul L. Koontz, 69, of Littleton, WV died Tuesday, August 31, 2010 at his residence.
He was born June 19, 1941 at Sistersville, WV, a son of Ernest L. Koontz, a resident ot the New Martinsville Health Care Center and the late Laura E. Moore Koontz.
Mr. Koontz was a retired school bus driver for the Wetzel County Board of Education. He retired with 19 years of service. He was a member of the National Rifle Association and a protestant by faith.
Surviving are his wife, Linda Tedrow Koontz; three sons and one daughter-in-law, Michael and Allison Koontz, Nathan Koontz, and Brian Carroll, all of Littleton; two brothers and their wives, Ronald & Janet Koontz and Edward & Nelda Koontz, all of the Hundred area; his ex-wife, Ruth Koontz of Littleton; and two grandsons, Ethan and Brady Koontz, both of Littleton.
Friends may call at the Tennant Funeral Home in Hundred from 7-9 PM Friday. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 11:00 AM Saturday with the Evangelist Steve Stevens officiating. Interment will follow in Cunningham Memorial Gardens in Burton.
