Jeremy David Kirkpatrick, 11, of Mt. Herman Community, Wileyville, WV died Thursday, November 24, 2005 at his residence of injuries sustained in an accidental shooting.
He was born March 9, 1994 in Morgantown, WV a son of Jimmie Dale Kirkpatrick of Mt. Herman Community and Sharon Grieve Kirkpatrick of Hundred.
Jeremy was a 5th grade student at Long Drain School in Hundred. He loved animals of all kinds, but horses were his favorite. He was a protestant by faith.
In addition to his parents, he was survived by his brothers, Joey Kirkpatrick of Mt. Herman and Lonnie D. Kirkpatrick of Hundred; four sisters, Kim Tice of Newell, WV, Debbie Jackson of Chester, WV, Lori McCloskey of Waynesboro, VA, and Kathy Dean of Sistersville; several aunts, uncles, and cousins, including Angela Manuel and Fred Manuel, Jr both of Mt. Herman.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Jimmie Dale Kirkpatrick, Jr. who died as an infant.
Friends may call at the Tennant Funeral Home in Hundred from 2-4 & 7-9 PM Sunday. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 1:00 PM Monday. Interment will follow in the Anderson-Bethel Cemetery at Littleton.
