Vivian Clark Argabrite, 85, of (Endicott Community) Littleton, WV died Monday, April 28, 2008 at her residence.

She was born May 19, 1922 at Endicott, a daughter of the late George W. Clark and Mary Dawkins Clark.

Mrs. Argabrite formerly worked at Daniel's Mens Store in Morgantown as a bookkeeper. She was a member of the Eastern Star in White Sulphur Springs, WV; and she attended the Mt. Zion Baptist Church at Knob Fork.

Surviving are one son & spouse, Joseph W. & Elaine Argabrite of Radford, VA; one daughter & spouse, Connie & Steve Schmidt of Morgantown and Endicott; one brother & spouse, Ken & Helen Clark of Dewey, Arizona; one sister and spouse, Eleanor & Vincent Madigan of Mission Viejo, California; four sisters-in-law, Berneda Clark of Moorefield, WV, Madge Clark of New Martinsville, Bettie Clark of Scottsdale, Arizona, and Roma McConnell of Wheeling, WV; one brother-in-law, Judson Bailey of Torrence, California; six grandchildren and their spouses, Kimberly & Terry Croyle, Mary & Scott Aber, Stephanie & Craig Karnis, Rebecca & Shawn Grove, Sarah & Ian White, and Joseph W. Argabrite; and ten great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clay Argabrite; four brothers, Robert Clark, Bill Clark, John Clark, and Greg Clark; and one sister, Margaret Bailey.

Friends may call at the Tennant Funeral Home in Hundred from 7-9 PM Thursday. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 11:00 AM Friday with the Rev. Craig Falkenstine officiating. Interment will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park in New Martinsville, WV.
