Betty T. Shough, 86, of Jollytown, PA, died Wednesday, March 26, 2008 in the Sundale Nursing Home in Morgantown, WV.
She was born October 22, 1921 at Hundred, WV a daughter of the late Harry Troy and Opal Hunt Troy Minor.
Betty was a homemaker. She was a member of the Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church, the United Methodist Women, and the Red Hat Society of Waynesburg, PA. She was a graduate of Hundred High School.
Surviving are three sons, Leon Shough of Wana, WV, Wayne Shough of Wind Ridge, PA, and David Shough of Morgantown, WV, ten grandchilden, sixteen great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles R. "Bob" Shough; three daughters, Patricia Six, Carla Lewicki, and Carole Richardson; twin sons, Ronald Shough and Robert Shough; and one sister, Jean Ballinger.
The family would like to thank the staff of the Sundale Nursing Home and Morgantown Hospice for the care and compassion show to Betty and her family.
Friends may call at the Tennant Funeral Home in Hundred from 6-9 PM Friday. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 1:00 PM Saturday with the Rev. Carol Adcock officiating. Interment will follow in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
