Allen Lyle Rush, 69, of Hundred, WV died Thursday, September 21, 2006 at the home of his daughter in Morgantown.
He was born October 5, 1936 at Burton, WV, a son of the late Allen Rush and Grace Kiger Rush Blankenship.
Mr. Rush was a retired maintenance worker for the Creative Label Company in Fairmont. He was a member of the BPOE Lodge #388 of Mannington and the Mannington Moose Lodge #1344. He was a United States Army Veteran.
Surviving are two daughters Merry Moyer of Camp Hill, PA and Joyce Rush of Morgantown and their mother, Margaret Cozloff Rush; two sisters, Beth Pyles of Columbia, SC and Ezela Himmelrick of Hundred.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a daughter, Darlene Rush; two brothers, Rex Rush and Neil Rush; and one sister, Inga Yoho.
At the request of the deceased his body will be cremated. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Please contact the funeral home for the date and time. The Tennant Funeral Home in Hundred is in charge of arrangements.
