Daisy G. King, 93, of Wadetown, WV died Saturday, October 25, 2008 at her residence.
She was born March 26, 1915 at Wadestown, WV a daughter of the late Marion M. King and Emma Haught King.
Ms. King was retired from Westinghouse in Fairmont where she worked for many years in the Seal Beam Department. She was a member of the Union Baptist Church of Crossroads.
Surviving are one sister, Marjorie Miller of Washington, PA; several nieces and nephews, several great-nieces and nephews including Karen Nicholson, Melissa Raber and Terry Joe Gump, who cared for Miss King in her later years, several great-great nieces and nephews, and several great-great-great nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by five brothers and five sisters.
Friends may call at the Tennant Funeral Home in Hundred from 4-9 PM Monday. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 11:00 AM Tuesday with the Pastor Steve Edwards officiating. Interment will follow in Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens in Westover.
