Olive E. Bartholow, 90, of Valley Manor, Pine Grove, WV died Friday, March 24, 2006 at her residence.
Mrs. Bartholow was born April 20, 1915 at Oak Forest near Hundred, WV a daughter of the late Bert H. Bartrug and Ella Camp Bartrug.
She was a homemaker who loved quilting and crafts of all kinds. She was a member of the Pine Grove Senior Citizens, a member of the Wetzel County Geneology Society, and a baptist by faith.
Surviving are one sister, Hazel Freeland, a resident of the Wishing Well Health Care Center in Fairmont and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Bartholow; five brothers, Herbert Bartrug, Paul Bartrug, Orvis Bartrug, Ralph Bartrug, and Okel Bartrug; and four sisters, Artie Core, Lucille Bartrug, Lillian Bartrug, and Evelyn Bartrug.
Friends may call at the Tennant Funeral Home in Hundred from 2-9 PM Sunday. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 11:00 AM Monday with the Evangelist Sam Bartrug officiating. Interment will follow in the Harmony Cemetery at Burton.
