Helen Elizabeth Stewart, 90 of Baltic, Ohio died Sunday, August 24, 2008 in the Oak Pointe Nursing and Rehab Center in Baltic, Ohio.
She was born April 19, 1918 at Vivian, McDowell County, West Virginia to the late William and Jessie Myrtle Morris Cundiff.
On December 21, 1941 she married Lyle W. Stewart in Oakland, Maryland.
Mrs. Stewart was a housewife and mother.
Surviving are one daughter and spouse, Margaret Stewart-Zimmerman and her husband David of Columbus, Ohio; three granddaughters and their spouses, Debbie King and husband Tracy, of Liberal, Kansas, Tisha Carrothers and husband Mark of New Philadelphia, Ohio; and Margaret (Trip) Zimmerman-Wuellner; one great-granddaughter and spouse, Kassandra Westerman and husband Tyler of Lawrence, Kansas; and her special friends, Jim and Claudia Eberts of North Canton, Ohio.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lyle White Stewart; a son, Richard James "Dick" Robinson, and a daughter-in-law, Nancy Brewington.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, August 29, 2008 at the Mt. Tabor Cemetery near Wadestown, WV with the Rev. Charlene Edwards officiating.
