Enid E. Lemasters, 87, of Burton, WV died Monday, December 10, 2007 at her residence.
She was born March 13, 1920 at Burton, WV a daughter of the late Vernon D. Himmelrick and Retta Bennett Himmelrick.
Enid was a housewife and homemaker. She was a member of the Sancho Church of Christ.
In her earlier years she loved to cook, sew, and most of all she loved to shop.
Surviving are her husband of 56 years, John J. Lemasters, whom she married on May 26, 1951; one daughter, Johanna Lemasters of Hundred. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by five sisters, Maude Himmelrick, Josephine Feldmiller, Norma Kimble, Essie Himmelrick, and Daisy Giblin; and four brothers, Fred Himmelrick, Norman Himmelrick, Arnold Himmelrick, and Thomas Himmelrick.
Friends may call at the Tennant Funeral Home in Hundred from 2-4 & 7-9 PM Tuesday. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 11:00 AM Wednesday with Evangelist Dick Bartrug and Evangelist Sam Bartrug officiating. Interment will follow in the Sancho Cemetery.
