Condolence left by William "Bill" Legan on Sat, 05/19/2018 - 12:05pm.

Brent called me last night in my home in Indiana. My condolences are to the Cottrell family. When I lived in WV from 1980 to 2016 the Legan family got to know the Cottrell family.
I feel so sad for all the family members but especially Hap, the husband, that lost his true love. That experience happened to be when living in WV in 2004. For Hap take each day as it comes, and you have many family members to be at your side.
I will be thinking of each one of you.
I will help you mourn in spirit since I can't come.
God Bless,
Friend,
Bill Legan
