DYLAN CODY
Dylan Ray Cody, 24, of Blacksville, WV went to Heaven to join his father on Friday, July 20, 2018 at his residence.
He was born April 5, 1994 in Morgantown, a son of Tammy Cody of Blacksville and the late Stuart Cody.
Mr. Cody was a mechanic by profession. He attended the Blacksville United Methodist Church.
Surviving are his wife, Britney Falcon Cody; one son, Brantley Ray Cody and a daughter Molly Falcon, both at home; two sisters, Kelsea Cody of Morgantown and Kaci Cody of Blacksville; his maternal grandparents, Bob and Linda Lemley of Blacksville; mother-in-law, Donna Smith of Harrisburg, PA; sisters-in-law, Megan (Max) Colley and Sarah (Edison) McClellan all of Harrisburg; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Bonnie Matthews, and an aunt Shelby McDonald.
Friends may call at the Owen-Neely Funeral Home, 5894 Mason-Dixon Highway, Blacksville, WV from 6-8 PM Thursday. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 8:00 PM with Pastor Steve Edwards officiating. Interment will follow at a later date in the Olive Cemetery at Pentress.

I'm so sorry britt he was a great friend and the funniest guy with kids I have seen in a long time! He was and always will be a great man. Just remember he will always be watching over you and will always keep you safe. He will always be there in hard times and the good ones. Just because he isn't there in person don't mean he isn't with u at all times babe just keep your head up and stay strong.you have so many people who will help and that are here for you just remember we are all just a call away and don't care if its just to yeack our ear off we will still listen we love you and him and want what's best for all of you no matter what hun !!
