JOSEPH D. EBERT

            Joseph D. Ebert, 87, formerly of Littleton, WV died Wednesday, July 24, 2019 in the Genesis New Martinsville Health Care Center.

            He was born April 30, 1932 at Littleton, a son of the late Fred Ebert and Margaret Howe Ebert.

            Joe was retired from Mobay Chemical Corp in New Martinsville.

            Surviving are one son, Joseph “Jody” Ebert, II of Hundred; two grandchildren, Dalton Wayne Ebert and Emily Martell Ebert; five step-sons, William Tedrow, Arthur Tedrow, James Lee Tedrow, Ralph Tedrow, and Sherrill Tedrow; and numerous nieces and nephews.

            In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, John Ebert and Thomas Ebert; two sisters, Bessie Horner and Gladys Barnhart; and his second wife, Ruth Tedrow Ebert.

            Friends may call at the Tennant Funeral Home, 2678 Hornet Highway, Hundred, WV from 12:00 Noon until the 1:00 PM service hour on Friday, July 26, 2019.  Funeral services will be held at 1:00PM with Evangelist Steve Stevens officiating.  Interment will follow in the Wade Cemetery near Littleton.
