GARY L. WILSON
Gary Lloyd Wilson, 72, of Wileyville, WV died Saturday, December 21, 2019 at his residence.
He was born November 4, 1947 at New Martinsville, WV, a son of Helen Cecil Wilson of Wileyville and the late Lloyd Wilson.
Mr. Wilson worked for many years as a laborer and was a member of the Labor’s Local #1149 in Wheeling. At the time of his retirement he was working as a logger.
He was a member of the Morris Run Church of Christ at the time that it closed.
Surviving are his wife, Linda Morris Wilson; two sons and their spouses, Mark Wilson and his wife Patricia of Belington, WV, and Calvin Junior Morris and his wife Monica of Morris Run; one daughter, Kristie Wilson of New Martinsville; one brother, Cary Wilson of Moundville, Alabama; five grandchildren, Deidre Morris and Gavin Morris, Matthew Hinchman, April Tate, and Amanda Arbogast; and one great-grandson, Alec Tate.
Friends may call at the Tennant Funeral Home, 2678 Hornet Highway, Hundred, WV from 2-4 & 6-8 PM Sunday. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Monday in the funeral home with Evangelist Ed Melott officiating. Interment will follow in the Morris Run Cemetery.
