NELLIE G. TENNANT
Nellie G. Tennant, 82, of Bula, died Wednesday, July 29, 2020.
She was born August 19, 1937 a daughter of the late Simon and Esta Moore.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Harlen Tennant; step-sons, Steve and Joe; step-grandson, Joe Jr.; and step-great-grandson, Joey; brothers, Bobby Moore and Worley Moore; and a sister, Linda Sue Moore.
Nellie was a wonderfully talented quilter. She was loved by many and will be missed by all.
Friends may call at the Owen-Neely Funeral Home in Blacksville from 12:00 Noon until the service hour at 1:30 PM on Sunday. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 PM with the Evangelist Steve Snider officiating. Interment will follow the service.

God truly has another Angel !
Where do I start, This wonderful Lady has looked after I believe every kid in our family from me down . From babysitting us before we were old enough for school to putting us on and taking us off the bus every day. There was not a thing she would not do for you. And to say she was a talented quilter is truly an understatement, she was an artist sitting at the quilting frames.
Nellie Gail was everyone's friend, and Aunt (whether she was or not ).
So Aunt Nellie Gail, Ricky Gene is going to miss you more than you will ever know. I Thank You for trying to keep me safe and out of trouble when I was little, and I Thank You for doing the same for my 2 Girls.
So, God truly has another Angel, One that my family and I loved dearly and will miss.
Rest easy in God's arms, you sure deserve it !!!
Nellie Gail will be very much sadly missed. She always had a tale to tell on someone. She could always make you laugh. She was a good person. Love you Nellie Gail
