RODNEY KELLER
Rodney Russell Keller, 51, of Hundred, WV died Saturday, October 2, 2021 in J. W. Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.
He was born September 22, 1970 at Glen Dale, WV, a son of the late Norval Keller and Sue Longwell Keller.
Rodney had worked for the past 17 years as a coal miner for Marion County Coal Company at Metz. He attended the Church of God of Prophecy at Metz.
Surviving are his wife, Tracy White Keller; four daughters, Jennifer Keller of Hundred, Caitlin Keller and her companion Cody Hadley of Hundred, Sara Keller and her companion Andrew Zedell of Hundred, and Elizabeth Keller and her companion Brendyn Bailey of Joetown; three brothers, Scott Keller of Philadelphia, PA, Mike Keller of Toano, VA, and Mark & Edie Keller of Glouster, VA; two sisters, Gladys & Carlos Maldondo of Williamsburg, VA and Susan Annette Smith & husband Glenn of Silver Hill; four grandchildren, Connor Jones, Rosalyn Jones, Asher Hadley, and Layla Bailey; step-daughter, Lindsay Burley of Hundred; several nieces and nephews; brother-in-law, Bobby White of Hundred; sister-in-law, Crystal White of Fairmont; and a special friend, Belinda Keller Whetsell of Mannington.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Wayne and Marie Longwell, formerly of Windy Ridge, who raised him from an early age; paternal grandmother, Gladys Keller; and a brother, Norval D. Keller.
Friends may call at the Tennant Funeral Home, 2678 Hornet Highway, Hundred, WV from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Wednesday. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM with Pastor Dennis Howard officiating. Interment will follow in the Rice Ridge Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please consider a memorial contribution to help pay funeral expenses. Condolences
I've known Rod for awhile now. He was a one of a kind man. He made friends with everyone he met. I remember him coming to my mam and paps house and making people laugh. He always new how to put a smile on your face that's for sure. I'm sending my deepest condolences to sis and his girls and his grandchildren. You'll surely be missed Rod. Till we meet again.
