WILLIAM E. HEMMER
William Edward Hemmer, 84, of Mooresville Community, Fairview, WV died Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at his residence.
He was born October 9, 1940 at Lockport, NY, a son of the late Edward Hemmer and Marie Murphy Hemmer.
Mr. Hemmer was a retired Licensed Practical Nurse and he was Catholic by faith.
Surviving is one daughter, Alma Guzman of Tecolotham, Mexico and one granddaughter, Serena Guzman.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Ruby Varner Hemmer; one brother, John Hemmer; and two sisters, Shirley Sieler Hemmer and Mary Garvey.
Mr. Hemmer chose cremation as his method of final disposition. There will be no services.
The Owen-Neely Funeral Home in Blacksville, WV is in charge of arrangements.
