GERALD “JERRY” BRAUN

Gerald “Jerry” Russell Braun, 68, of Miracle Run died Tuesday, April 28, 2026 at his residence.

 

He was born June 21, 1957, at Rogersville, PA, a son of the late Robert J. Braun and Dorothy L. Lemley Braun.

Jerry was a construction worker and a member of the Mt. Morris Gospel Tabernacle.

Surviving is his wife, Dianne Fletcher Braun; one son, Ryan Braun and his wife Carly of Morgantown; and three grandchildren, Aria Ann Braun, Eve Elizabeth Braun, and Marcus Ryan Braun.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Deborah Henard and one brother, Robert J. Braun IV.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, May 2, 2026 at the Olive Cemetery at Pentress with Rev. Rose Saunders officiating.  Interment will follow in the Olive Cemetery.

 

The Owen-Neely Funeral Home in Blacksville is in charge of arrangements.
