MARK ALLEN FORDYCE
Mark Allen Fordyce, 65, of Ned Ridge Road, New Freeport, PA died Wednesday, June 24, 2026 at his residence.
He was born March 11, 1961, at Wheeling, WV, a son of the late Donald Fordyce and Jane M. West Fordyce.
Mark worked as a controls electrician having worked for both Mylan Pharmaceuticals and Accurate Brass. He was a United States Navy Veteran and he attended the Church of Christ. He loved gardening, baseball, and he served as the church song leader. He attended the Abilene Christian University for 2 years.
Surviving is his wife of 42 years, Nancy Chaney Fordyce; one son, Mark Fordyce (Mandi) of Washington, PA; two daughters, Hannah Kibler (Daryl Krugh) of Amity, PA and Erica White (Daniel) of Finleyville, PA; one brother, Jon Fordyce of Point, TX; and two sisters, Sandra Sanders (Hylton) of Wills Point TX and Sharon Been of New Freeport, PA.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Kacee Kibler.
Friends may call at the Tennant Funeral Home, 2678 Hornet Highway, Hundred, WV from 5:00 to 8:00 PM on Friday, June 26, 2026. Funeral service will be held in the funeral home at 1:00 PM on Saturday with Evangelist Steve Stevens officiating. Interment will follow in the Sand Hill Cemetery at Ned PA.
