Charles Russell, 85, of Brave, PA died Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at his residence.
He was born September 13, 1931 at Brave, PA, a son of the late Earl Russell and Rose Anna Wise Russell.
Mr. Russell worked as a buffer for the Sterling Faucet Company in Morgantown for many years.
Charlie served in the United States Army.
Surviving are his wife, Mary Ann Grash Russell; one daughter, Deborah Churney of Waynesburg, PA; one brother, Earl Russell of Wadestown; two grandchildren, Eric Churney and Nicholas Churney, both of Waynesburg, PA; and one great-granddaughter, Aubrey Churney.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one brother, Robert Russell.
Friends may call at the Owen-Neely Funeral Home in Blacksville from 6-8 PM Wednesday. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 8:00 PMwith Eric Churney officiating. Mr. Russell has chosen cremation as his form of final disposition.
The family has requested that flowers be omitted.
