Hazel Love “Ammons” McWilliams, 3 months and 3 days old, of Morgantown, WV died Monday, August 17, 2015 in Children’s Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA.
She was born May 14, 2015 at Morgantown, a daughter of Daniel McWilliams and Whitney Ammons, both of Morgantown.
Surviving in addition to her parents are one brother, Landon McWilliams and one sister, McKinley McWilliams, both of Rittman, OH; her maternal grandparents, Jack and Robin Ammons of Crossroads Community, Wadestown; her maternal great-grandmother, Norma Ammons, of Crossroads Community, Wadestown; and her maternal aunt, Jodi Coker; paternal grandparents, Skip and Barb McWilliams of Leavittsburg, OH, paternal great-grandparents, Alfred and Betty Gauntt, of Leavittsburg, OH; paternal aunts and uncles, Matt McWilliams, Paul and Heather McWilliams, and Steve and Kimberly McWilliams; and several great aunts and great uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her maternal great-grandfather, Murle Ammons and maternal great-grandparents, Robert and Deloris Russell; and by her paternal great-grand parents, Charles and Charlotte McWilliams.
Friends may call at the Owen-Neely Funeral Home, 5894 Mason-Dixon Highway, Blacksville, WV from 12:00 Noon until the 2:00 PM service hour on Wednesday, August 19, 2015. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 in the funeral home with Pastor Matt Johnson officiating.
A butterfly release will be held in the funeral home parking lot following the funeral service.
