Charles Junior White, 88, of Knob Fork, died Monday, February 27, 2017 at his residence.
He was born July 23, 1928 at Knob Fork, a son of the late Ray White and Olive Powers White.
Junior was a retired union laborer and a member of the Laborers Local #1149 out of Wheeling.He was a member of the Long Valley Baptist Church.
Surviving are four sons, Timothy White of Littleton, Rick White, David White and Steven White, all of Knob Fork; three daughters, Connie Stewart of Sistersville, Diana Rice of Worthington, and Kathy Mace of Knob Fork; three brothers, Roger White and Bill White both of Martinsburg and Ronnie White of Endicott; three sisters, Esty Kondus of Venice, Florida, Josephine Cartwright and Emily Hennen, both of New Martinsville; nineteen grandchildren; thirty-six great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Pearl White; one granddaughter, Deanna White; one daughter-in-law, Linda White; three sisters, Ardella White, Garnet Gillespie, and Cora Mae Vasquez; and four brothers, Glen, Robert, Arley, and Ercile White.
Friends may call at the Tennant Funeral Home, 2678 Hornet Highway, Hundred, from 6-9 PM Thursday.Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 11:00 AMFriday with Pastor Dale Hostuttler officiating.Interment will follow in the Moore Cemetery near Knob Fork.
