Margaret E. Campbell, 84, of Blacksville, WV died Sunday, June 13, 2010 in the Monongalia General Hospital in Morgantown.

She was born August 25, 1925 at Blacksville, a daughter of the late Howard Wells and Grace Powell Wells.

Mrs. Campbell was a homemaker and a member of the Waynesburg Baptist Church.

Surviving are her husband, Francis Campbell; two daughters and one son-in-law, Cynthia Goodwin of Blacksville and Marcia and Jimmie Bartlett of Wadestown; three grandchildren and their spouses, Amy Kassay and her husband Nehemiah of Daybrook, Christy Hoke and her husband Charles of Wadestown, and Erin Hall and her husband Morgan of Mannheim, Germany; and three great-grandchildren, Caitlyn Kassay, Jacob Kassay, and Carley Hoke.

Margaret was in the first class to graduate from Clay-Battelle High School in 1943.

Friends may call at the Owen-Neely Funeral Home in Blacksville from 9:00 to 11:00 AM Saturday. A memorial service will held at 11:00 AM with the Pastor Phillip Elliot and the Rev. Samuel K. Hibbs, Jr. officiating. Interment of the cremains will be private and held at the convenience of the family in the Blacksville Cemetery.
