Timothy F. Waxler, 48, of Jakes Run, died Saturday, September 18, 2010 in Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.
He was born March 10, 1962 in Beaver County, PA, a son of Gary J. Waxler and the late Edna Mae Gallagher Waxler.
Tim was an employee of the Super K Mart in Morgantown. He had worked for the company for more than 25 years and was recently awarded his 25 year pin.
Surviving in addition to his father, is his wife, Florence R. Eddy Waxler; one daughter and her companion, Tonya R. Waxler Toothman and Nathaniel Stalnaker of Clarksburg; two brothers and their companions, Gary Waxler Jr and companion Lisa Straka and David Waxler and companion Janet Wesolowski, all of Hookstown, PA; one sister and her companion, Vicky Fowler and companion Tim Smallwood of Hookstown, PA; two grandchildren, Joshua N. Toothman and Tanaya R. Toothman; his mother and father-in-law, Ray and Janice Brummage of Jakes Run; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Ray Brummage.
Friends may call at the Owen-Neely Funeral Home in Blacksville from 2-4 & 7-9 PM Monday and at the McConnell Funeral Home in Hookstown, PA from 2-4 & 6-8 PM Tuesday. Funeral services will be held in the McConnell Funeral Home at 11:00 AM Wednesday with the Pastor Wilmer Olsvewski officiating. Interment will follow in the Mill Creek Hill Cemetery at Georgetown, PA.
The family is requesting no flowers due to flower allergies within the family.
